I've been trying to research my husband's family and have come up with many brick walls. On his grandfather's death certificate the names of his parents are Grant Miller and Molly Crabtree, the only marriage that has been found that fits is Ulysses Grant Miller to Margaret Crabtree on Oct. 21, 1883 in Sebastian Co., Arkansas. My husband's grandfather was Jefferson Julaney Miller b. Nov. 17, 1889 in McAlester, OK. I don't know if he had any siblings. He named his children John Grant Miller and Robert Leland Miller and he married in Virginia, died in Pennsylvania. Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks,

Grant Miller apparently died either in Arkansas or Oklahoma, in the 1910 census, Margaret Miller and her children are running a boarding house in McAlester, Oklahoma.

Jackson MOORE (b. ca. 1862) who lived in Fort Smith with his wife Henrietta CRABTREE (b.c. 1868) and children Otto, Oren, Erie, Lenore, Mae and Anna (Annie). I am trying to find the parents of Jackson MOORE who was born in VA and at some time before 1890 worked for the "Erie" railroad. He was an engineer for the railroad when he was killed Jan. 6, 1907.

Edmond Littleton CLEVELAND was born 26 Sep 1906. He died 18 May 1943. Edmond married Elizabeth Delilah CRABTREE.
Elizabeth Delilah CRABTREE [Parents] was born 13 Mar 1880 in Huntington, Sebastian, Arkansas. She died 27 Jan 1920. Elizabeth married Edmond Littleton CLEVELAND.

“My father, DAVID HUBBEL died May 4, 1889, soon after I moved to his place to care for him and my mother, which was on March 27, 1889.
My father was born on 1808, and my mother in 1811. She died on SEPT 15, 1903.
Their children were: Elizabeth j. Reid, who has died since the institution of this suit , and left as her children, ALBERT REID, A.D. Reid, J.K. Reid, Ollie Reid, W. W. Reid, and Mattie Dungan;
Martha Phillipi now decd, whose children are Mary Ison and Louisa Ison; W.H. Hubble, Peggy Reid; D.R. Hubble now decd., whose children are Nora Langford and Ethel Pierce; J.B. Hubble and myself, J.M. Hubble.
On same page was the following:
I, Margaret D. Frye (D.A. R. # 259600) do hereby certify that I personally copied the above shown gravestone inscriptions, the family records of Mrs. L. E. Taylor and recorded her statements. I also abstracted the County Court Deed , and the Circuit Court Records of Pulaski County Kentucky, and herewith declare that all the above are true and correctly copied from the originals.

Hubble, living at the old David Hubble homestead to which she had come in 1889.
(From Somerset (Ky) Journal of May 19, 1949--”Mrs. Ellen Hubble, widow of Joel Madison Hubble, died on May the 12th at the home of her son, William D. Hubble, in Nelson Valley this county. Mrs. Hubble was born March 9th, 1853.)
