Chances are this Marshial/Marshall Malone married Nancy Wallace. He purchased land the same day as Nancy's brother William Wallace. There has to be SOME kind of connection between this Malone and William Wallace since his sister married a Malone.

Looking for information on John Malone and Susannah Boring. John and Susan married in Greene Co., AL in 1811. They had 6 sons and 3 daughters. One of their son's Adolphus S.(Dolph) Malone married Frances Bowles in 1859. Am interested in any information concerning either family. Thank you, Kaye

MALONE, JOHN AND SUSANNAH (BORING)

According to the 1850 Chickasaw County Mississippi Census, John Malone was born about 1784 in Virginia and Susannah Boring was born in about 1790 in either South Carolina or Greene County, GA.  Georgia marriage records reveal that John and Susannah were married in Greene Co., GA on 11-10-1811.  Despite numerous years of research, the identity of their parents remain unproven.  It is believed that Susannah is the first cousin to Robert Boring, the father of 2 of her sons-in-law.
John and Susannah have not been found on an 1820 census but may have already arrived in Alabama and some of Alabama's 1820 records are missing.  They were in St. Clair County, AL in 1830 and by 1840 they were in Taliadega Co., AL.  John, and Marshall (Martial) Malone appear on the 1845 Land & Personal Tax rolls of Chickasaw Co., MS  In 1848, John, Wm. H. and Marshall N. appear on his personal tax asseessment role and John Jr, John Sr. and Marshall N. are there in 1849 and 1852.
John and Susannah had 6 sons and 3 daughters:
   (1)    William H. Malone was born about 1812 in Georgia, married Permelia McCartney on 01/24/1835 inTaliadega, AL.  Their children: a. Pascal H. Malone 03/29/1836 in AL.  married Sarah E. Stovall 10/26/1859 in Chickasaw Co., MS.  Second marriage to a cousin Missouri Elvina Smith 12/12/1870.  P.H. Malone served as a Capt.  in J.L.S Hills Co. C, 31st Ms. Vol. wounded 11/13/1864 in Decatur, AL.
           b.    Martha A. Malone born ca.1836
            c.    William H. Malone Jr. ca 1840

    (2)    Martha Ann Malone 01/07/1814 in GA.  Married Thomas Jefferson Smith, Sr. 05/15/1830 in St. Clair Co. AL.

    (3)    Marshall N. Malone born ca 1815 in GA.

    (4)    Cassandra Malone born ca. 1817 om GA.  Married Lovick P. Boring on 01/31/1831 in Talledga Co., AL

    (5)    Thompson Malone born ca 1819.  First wife name not known.  Second marriage to Martha E. L.  had children

    (6)    Rebecca H Malone born 12/17/1821 in AL.  Married Issac Jacob Boring (brother of Lovick)

    (7)    John Malone, Jr. born ca 1823 in AL.  Nothing else is known about him.

    (8)    Adolphus S. Malone (Dolph) Malone was born ca 1825 in AL.  Married Francis Bowles on 12/29/1859 in Chickasaw Co. MS.  Served in Capt. J.D. Smith's Co. C, 24th MS vol.  He was killed in the battle of Peach Tree Creek.

    (9)    Pascall Malone (no birth date)

On the 1850 Chickasaw Co. census 2 granddaughters Harriet Malone born ca 1814 in AL and Cassandra Malone born 07/29/1845 in Ms. were living with John and Susannah.  It appears that John must have died some time between 1860 and 1868. in MS.

Nancy WALLACE [Parents] was born 1830. She married Marshall/Marshial MALONE.

1850 Census of Bienville Parish, Louisiana

I have a problem with Pulaski being the son of John and Margaret like some charts show.If the information that I have is true and he was born in 1821 this means that Margaret had children from 1789-1821 (32 years) John would have been 63 when Pulaski was born. This also means that Pulaski was born 18 years after his youngest sibling. It would make more sense if Pulaski was a son of William (b. abt. 1789) who is the SON of John and Margaret.
Another researcher Carolyn Durrett has family Bible info that Pulaski is the same as John Pulaski and she places him as the son of William and GRANDSON to John Wallace. This makes much more sense to me!
